We do not sell or share information we collect with any company unless we need to provide the service you requested (e.g. when ordering a product, we share your payment details with your chosen payment processor) or we need to share information by law.
How we store your information
The information that we directly collect and store is stored securely within the United Kingdom.
Length of data store
All information collected for the purpose of having an account with us is kept until you delete your account with us.
All information collected when purchasing a product will be kept for a minimum of 6 years. This is a requirement of HMRC.
All other information stored by us is deleted after 30 days.
Your data protection rights
Under UK GDPR, you have rights including:
- Your Right of Access – You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information
- Your Right of Rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate, You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

- Your Right to Restriction Of Processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your Right to Object To Processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Your Right to Data Portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
